Directions:
1. cut 2 11in X 20in pieces

1. cut 2 11in X 20in pieces2. cut 1 of the pieces in thirds (these will be the pockets.)
3. pin and sew the pockets to the 11 X20 piece of felt that is left over.
4. fold the top over 1 in. to create a Dow rod pocket (this is optional..for added support)
5. sew two 1/2 yard pieces of ribbon to each side ..below the pole pocket.
That's it!
